3,300 m² Upgraded in Mirzo Ulugbek Small Industrial Zone to Create Better Conditions for Entrepreneurs
As part of a comprehensive effort to support small businesses and entrepreneurs in Tashkent, a long-unused building in the Mirzo Ulugbek Small Industrial Zone has been renovated and brought back into operation.
Specifically, 3,300 square meters of floor space have been resurfaced with high-quality concrete, making the facility suitable for leasing and productive use.
The renovated building is expected to generate approximately 700 million UZS in additional annual income through rental to local entrepreneurs.
This initiative reflects the city administration’s ongoing commitment to utilizing the potential of small industrial zones, promoting local production, and creating new employment opportunities.
