The project includes the following directions:

1. Road Infrastructure:

   • Laying new asphalt on main roads and driveways;

   • Construction of pedestrian paths and sidewalks for easier movement of staff and visitors;

   • Upgrading parking areas and access routes to buildings.

2. Green Areas and Landscaping:

   • Landscaping the territory, planting lawns and decorative plants;

   • Installation of modern irrigation systems to maintain greenery in excellent condition;

   • Creating rest areas for staff and entrepreneurs, including benches and canopies.

3. Building Renovation and Modernization:

   • Renovation of building facades and interior spaces;

   • Improvement of engineering infrastructure (electricity, water supply, heating and ventilation systems);

   • Creating safe and comfortable working conditions for entrepreneurs, including upgrading office and production spaces.

4. Aesthetic and Modern Appearance of the Zone:

   • Territory improvement works: installation of road signs, lighting, and small architectural elements;

   • Preparing the territory for the presentation of new projects and attracting investors;

   • Creating a modern and attractive appearance of the Small Industrial Zone, highlighting the importance of entrepreneurship for the economic development of the region.

These measures aim to create comfortable and modern working conditions for entrepreneurs and make the zone more attractive and functional for businesses, investors, and visitors.
