STATISTICAL REPORTING FORM 4-MIZ

Quarterly statistical reporting is submitted via the global Internet network through the electronic statistical reporting collection system e-Stat using an electronic digital signature. Electronic forms of statistical reports (templates) available in the e-Stat system can be obtained on the official website of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan: www.hisobot.stat.uz

Legal entities holding the status of a participant in a free economic zone, special scientific and technological zone, tourist and recreational zone, free trade zone, special industrial zone, small industrial zone, technopark, clusters, and their separate subdivisions (including small business entities).

The deadline is no later than the 20th day of the month following the reporting period.
